Rates are based on double occupancy plus 9% Vermont room and meals tax
and include classic country breakfast. Midweek rates are from Sunday thru Thursday and do not include Fall or Holidays*. Additional adult, $30; children over 5 years, $15 and children under 5 are free. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Remember Baker's Suite Remember Baker's Door SignRemember Baker was the 1st cousin of Ethan and Ira Allen. This is a warm comfy room with a wood-burning fireplace and cable TV plus a sitting room with day bed as well as a private back porch and separate entrance. It has a full bath and separate tub room.

Abigail's Room features hand-stenciling, antique furnishings, four poster queen bed and overlooks the Green Mountains and Battenkill River. It has a private bath and sitting area with TV. Adjoins with the Norman Rockwell Room.

Ethan's Room is a cozy suite with a queen sleigh bed, private bath,

The Ira Allen Suite features 2 bedrooms, each with twin beds or a king bed and separate living room with convertible sofa. Private bath with clawfoot tub, fireplace and cable TV.
Maximum occupancy is 4 people.

Green Mountain Suite
Green Mountain Suite Occupying the whole third floor and formerly a ballroom, the Green Mountain Suite includes the Battenkill Room which has 2 double beds and in-room sink and the Dorothy Canfield Fisher Room which has a queen bed and in-room sink. Both share a bath and small living room with cable TV and stove.

Deposit & Cancellation

Depending on the season, a deposit of from one night's lodging to 50% of the total bill may be requested. If you wish to cancel all or part of your reservation, we require two week's notice during holiday periods and one week's notice at all other times, to refund a deposit. In the event of early departure prior to your scheduled check-out date, you are still responsible for your entire reservation and will be charged.

If insufficient notice is given, the deposit will not be returned unless the room is rented again. There will be a handling charge of $20.00 deducted from returned deposits.

A 2 night minimum is required on weekends and during holiday periods.
